These materials are provided by PV Bungalow LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities (“Bungalow”) as a service to its customers and may be used for informational purposes only. The terms and conditions set out below (“Conditions”) apply to your use of this website and related web sites (“Site”). In accessing and using the Site and booking a room (“Booking”) at the Bungalow Hotel (“Hotel”), you agree to be bound by these Conditions so please carefully read this section before proceeding. In case of not accepting these Conditions, you must abstain from using the Site. These Conditions must be read in concurrence with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may only use this website to make a genuine and valid Booking. The images and text on the Site (“Content”) may be downloaded/printed/shared by you, solely for that purpose. This right to use the Content is a license only, not a transfer of title, and is subject to the following limitations: The Content may not be used for any commercial purpose or public display, performance, sale or rental; the Content may not be transferred to another person; software may not be interfered with in any manner; every person downloading, reproducing or otherwise using the Content must prevent any unaccredited copying of the Content; you will only use the Content for lawful purposes and in agreement with these Conditions.
Any and all communications made to Bungalow including, without limitation, feedback, questions, comments and suggestions (“Communications”): (a) no right of confidentiality shall apply to Communications and Bungalow shall have no obligation to protect Communications from disclosure; (b) Bungalow shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute Communications to others; and (c) Bungalow shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in Communications for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, the development, production and marketing of products and services that incorporate such information. Please use e-mail only to send us non-confidential messages. Do not include confidential personal or private information. For your protection, our responses will not include any confidential information. Please do not use e-mail to send us transaction instructions. Customers who choose to send e-mail messages to Bungalow that contain confidential, private or personal information do so entirely at their own risk.
a. Time of Booking
At the time of Booking, we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorize the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us. We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a one night deposit plus tax (“Deposit”) for individual reservations at the time of booking in certain circumstances or if the Booking includes the supply of certain items or services. Group reservations may require an additional deposit. Rooms are subject to maximum occupancy rules set by the Hotel. If you would like further details, please contact the Hotel.
b. Check-in/ Check-out Requirements
In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference; their passport/identity card/driving license and a valid credit or debit card which will be swiped in the presence of the card holder. Upon check-in, the balance of the stay is due along with a $200 incidental hold ($500 if a pet is present).
Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, guests may check-in at any time after 3:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. Any reservation will be held until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival at which time we will be entitled to re-let the room, unless the guest has notified the hotel of a late arrival. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00 a.m. (unless a later departure is stated as part of your Booking). Late check-out after this time can be requested and is subject to availability. If the guest stays in the room after 11:00 a.m., the guest may be charged an additional fee of $100, which allows guests to stay in the room until 2:00 p.m. If the guest fails to leave prior to 2:00 p.m., guest will be subject to an additional night stay at the published standard rate (no discounts can be applied).
We accept the following methods of payment: credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
At the time of check-in we will authorize the accommodation charges for the duration of your stay against your credit/debit card. During your stay, the Hotel’s system will calculate the incidentals charged to your room on a daily basis. If the cost of those incidentals exceed the authorization taken on check-in, further authorization will automatically be requested and if such authorization is not available, we may request another method of settlement or a deposit to be provided, failing which we reserve the right to restrict access to your room.
All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on check-out from the Hotel. If the outstanding charges do not exceed the authorization taken on check-in, the authorization for the amount not utilized will be released.
d. Cancellation Policy and No Shows
All cancellations should be done 72 hours prior to the day of arrival from September 15- May 15 and 7 days prior to the date of arrival from May 15 - September 15 to be exempt from the cancellation charge, which is equivalent to the Deposit (“Cancellation Charge”). All “no shows” will also attract the Cancellation Charge.
e. Changes or Cancellation by the Company
Very occasionally we may need to cancel your Booking. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund. We shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation.
Your booking is for a class of room in the Hotel and does not guarantee that you will be able to stay in a specific room or in the same room for the duration of your stay
4. Hotel Stay
We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
b. Hotel Events
Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year some of our hotels may host weddings, events and parties, which you may feel would be an intrusion on your break. Please contact the Hotel directly in advance of your stay for further information.
c. Guest Behavior
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
d. No Smoking
Guests are not permitted to smoke and/or vape in rooms or interior public areas. Guests will be charged $500.00 if there is evidence of smoking within the room or interior public area, including, but not limited to, odor, ashes, etc. The Hotel has an outdoor area where smoking is permitted.
The minimum age to secure a Booking is 23 years old. All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Cots and extra beds are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please check at the time of booking. One child under 8 years of age can stay in the parent’s rooms free of charge.
Guide dogs are accepted with prior arrangement. Additionally, the pets under 30 pounds are allowed for an additional fee of $75 per night plus tax. Otherwise, no pets are allowed at the Hotel.
a. Force Majeure
The Company accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
b. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any personal property left in the Hotel other than as required under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by Law, the Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage, however arising and whether in contract, tort or otherwise (whether caused by the negligence of the Company, its employees, contractor or agents or otherwise). The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the charges received by the guest.
These Conditions do not purport to exclude liability arising by any applicable law if, and to the extent, such liability cannot be lawfully excluded, however, to the extent permitted by law, all warranties, terms or conditions which would otherwise be implied into these Conditions are hereby excluded.
The New Jersey courts have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Site and/or stay at the Hotel.
Each party irrevocably waives any objection which it may now or later have to proceedings being brought in the New Jersey courts.
d. Web Site Information
While all reasonable efforts have been taken to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site, the Company does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend, cancel or vary any of the arrangements featured on the Site without notice. Please note that in certain circumstances, generic photographic images have been used to represent the general style of the Hotel.
e. Termination of Access
If you breach any of these Conditions your license to use the Site will terminate immediately without the necessity of any notice being given to you. Otherwise, access to the Site may be terminated at any time by the Company without notice.

In some cases, you also may elect to visit third-party websites through links on our Website, whereby those websites may collect and use your personal and other non-personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that any of the Personal Information that you disclose or transmit through use of the Website will be secure from breaches, software malfunctions or other acts outside of our control. Bungalow, and our respective affiliates, successors, subsidiaries, assigns, agents, designees, licensees or sponsors (collectively, the “Indemnitees”) shall not be liable for any unauthorized access of your Personal Information.
All Information Collected is Our Asset.
Any and all Information provided by you or collected by us in connection with your use of the Website shall be deemed an asset of Bungalow’s and shall be deemed part of our business records.
Foreign Users. Your information will be transferred to the United States. If you are outside the United States by using the Website, you are consenting to having your Personal Information transferred to the United States and, specifically, to New York.
You Consent to the Collection of Your Information.
By, and in exchange for, using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, agree and are accepting the terms and conditions set forth herein, and that you knowingly, voluntarily and unconditionally consent to the collection, use and processing of your Information by us and our respective designees, agents, successors, assigns, affiliates, licensees, subsidiaries or sponsors in any lawful manner, and for any lawful purpose whatsoever. You further agree that we shall forever have the right to use the Information provided hereunder and may, at any time, in our sole and absolute discretion, assign, sell, license and/or otherwise transfer the Information to any third-party without obtaining additional consent or providing notice or additional consideration to you.
Our Policy Towards Children. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use our Website.
The Website and any of the information or Services found on the Website are not targeted or directed to children under the age of 13. Further, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
